  • Device Information: Device type/model, OS version, app version, device identifiers (e.g., IMEI/MAC), network connection info.
  • Usage Information: App usage patterns, feature utilization, login/logout timestamps, error/crash logs, performance metrics.

2.4 Communication Data

  • Message Content: Chat messages with administrators, timestamps, attachments (if any), communication history logs.
  • Notification Data: Push notification preferences, delivery status, user interaction data.

3. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

  • Direct Collection: Data you provide during registration, profile forms, messages you send, manual check-in/out.
  • Automatic Collection: GPS tracking, background monitoring, automatic attendance logs, system analytics.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

4.1 Primary Purposes

  • Work Management: Verify attendance and work location, monitor geofence compliance, track hours/performance, enable supervisor communication.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure presence in authorized locations, provide emergency location info, generate incident reports.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize assignments/scheduling, improve functionality, generate reports, support payroll/HR.

4.2 Secondary Purposes

  • Analytics & Improvement: Analyze usage, fix issues, develop features, conduct UX research.
  • Legal & Compliance: Comply with laws, respond to legal requests, maintain audit trails, protect rights/property.

5. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

  • Internal: Development/support, customer service, technical support, management/administration.
  • With Employer/Agency: Attendance/location data, performance/compliance reports, communication logs, violation alerts.
  • Service Providers: Cloud/hosting, analytics/monitoring, support platforms, payment processors.
  • Legal Requirements: Law enforcement, regulators, court orders, emergencies.
  • Business Transfers: In mergers/acquisitions/asset sales, data may transfer; you’ll be notified of material changes.

  • Correction: Update inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Request account/data deletion (subject to law).

  • Permissions: Location access (including background) is required for geofencing/attendance. You can revoke permissions in device settings; functionality may be limited.
  • Geofencing: Geofences at work locations (e.g., ~100m radius), real-time entry/exit monitoring, violation detection/reporting. Tracking limited to work hours where configured.

9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

  • Data may be processed in other countries with appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs).
  • Primary storage in your region where feasible; backups/DR may be in other regions in line with local law.

10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

  • The App is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Age verification may occur at registration and parental consent may be required where applicable.

11. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

  • App Analytics: Usage/performance metrics, crash reporting, behavior analysis.
